Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade later?

Definitely, no worry – Leadxen is a annual service and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time.

Why I am getting 14 days free?

Client satisfaction is our top priority. So we want you to be 100% satisfied before parting with your cash so feel free to create an account with no obligations.

What if I just paid and decide to upgrade to a higher plan?

No problem. Simply click the "Upgrade" link under the subscription page and choose the new plan and create the new order. The already paid amount would be factored with the new planed amount into seats. Your next renewal would be the same according to the new planed amount.

When do I pay?

Near the end of your 14 days free trial, you will receive a reminder email about payment to continue using Leadxen services. At this time, you can cancel with no obligation or hassle. If you decide to continue using Leadxen, you will be asked to create a Paid Subscription for the yearly payment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use RazorPay payment gateway so it supports all major credit card, debit card, net banking or wallets. For more info click here.
If your organization does not have the above payments methods, please contact us at support@leadxen.com to arrange an alternative payment method. We also have onetime payment mode via invoice and can accept payment offline via Bank Transfer.
