We have managed to customize to fit exactly the business requirements of our sales team, with very little IT knowledge required.

WDIC is using Leadxen application for a few months and I am quite satisfied with features, speed & user friendly interface. It resolved the main issue of following a lead and maintaining proper records of the follow ups. Now it's quite easy to follow the lead with the help of TODO feature and you never miss to follow a client.
Reporting feature is also good, the customization of reporting system enables a supervisor to keep a sharp eye on activities of all users of Leadxen.
